  • Primary care for the entire family from caring for babies to our elderly patients in an outpatient only setting.
  • The healthcare team at FPA is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to all our patients.
  • We offer appointments Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 8:00pm and we also offer Saturday acute visits.
  • Call is evenly shared among the physician team.
  • We have our own office-based laboratory.
  • One of our physicians even owns a Medically Managed Weight Loss practice imbedded in FPA.

Family Physician:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Family Practice Associates is currently looking for LPN's to care for patients in a busy office setting as well as desk responsibilities. Must be a hard worker who is a team player and is able to deliver excellent patient care to adults and children. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills. EMR experience as well as knowledge of Harris/CareTracker a plus. NYS LPN License required.

Hours are Monday through Friday - rotating shifts - as well as rotating Saturdays. We offer an excellent benefit package and positive work environment.
